In this time surrounding the Covid-19 Pandemic there are now hudreds of thousands of families and kids who are now being forced to stay home. In many of those instances those families relied on school meals. Those families and kids are now going without food through much of this pandemic. There are several local food pantries that we have relationship with, that we'd like to help provide for those families at this time. If you'd like to donate specifically for that cause please click the "specific donations" button below.
There's a psychological phenomenon called "Bystander effect". The effect is when people are less likely to get involved in helping others when others are involved or around. Don't fall into the trap of the bystander effect. We have the opportunity everyday to choose to do something for others.
Not a clinician, or mental health specialist. Just a man who has lived a lifetime of experience. A husband. A father. A friend. A man diagnosed with PTSD. A man who was fighting chronic depression and suicide thoughts. A man who did not have anyone to help him through some of the darkest times but managed survive and then thrive by learning how to change perspective and mindset. You have a choice, but you must choose. Part of Project L3 is to be there as a resource for others in that darkness.
Project L3 provides a method and means for our donations and charity to combine with others for an even greater impact to those in need.
